I think the responsible thing to do is to have the nerve to do it yourself

Before you get so lost in your mind that you are no longer capable. I recall Reagan’s speech where he announced to the country that he had Altheimer’s disease & he said “I now begin the journey that will lead me to the sunset of my life.” It may have been the last time he addressed the country. He wasn’t seen to much after that speech. Anyway, I knew he & Nancy would have the best care possible but I was thinking if I was his shoes I’d be calling Dr. Kevorkian real soon.
